WHY DO I FEAR?

Why do I fear,
When peace and hope Are but a thought away? No evil can befall me Which will not be wiped away; All pain is passing, And death, But a step into eternal life, If I be still and listen. The Creator of all things Great and small, Knew and loved me Before I was born; Just as the sun, moon and stars Still shine on a troubled world, So too shall I, as they, Place my trust in God; The Father, Son and Holy Spirit Who holds me in the palm of His hand. © Helen Catherine Cramer |
