Faces Faces flash throughout my dreams, Baby, childhood, youth and teens; Teething, crying, laughing youth Pensive teenager searching truth. Faces of so many scenes Faces flashing through my dreams. Faces of the last goodbye, Silent face the day you died; Face I envisage now you're dead Glorious light which surrounds your head. Face that I am longing for, And the one 1 can't ignore, Is the face I'll see again When my own life comes to end. Face sculptured by the love of God, Moulded with His loving rod, Embellished now within His light Yours my darling, 1 claim that right. |
