ANOTHER DAY

Another day finished, another day gone
Things I have done, some right and some wrong. A day ne're repeated, it passed without thought Of the fragile finality, of the day that I walk. Another day blooming, fresh with sweet dew, Please God let me hear You, what I'm to do. Time passes so quickly, the hours are so short That often I stumble through this life that I walk; I fret and I fumble over such little things Please God I pray You, protect me from sin. To fret is futile, fumble vile Lead me God from this exile. So when another day finished, another day gone I can sing a happy song, My day's been blessed, I've used it well Lead me God with you to dwell
